Who uses it

How teams put travel data to work.

Hotels and property managers

Track competitor rates and availability by date, see when rivals sell out or discount, and price your own rooms against the market.

Typical refresh: daily

Travel agencies and metasearch

Fill your inventory with rates from many sources, matched to one property record, with the fields your schema expects.

Typical refresh: hourly to daily

Tour operators and vacation rentals

Watch competitor prices and calendars in your destinations, spot gaps in your offer, and react when demand shifts.

Typical refresh: daily to weekly

Analysts and researchers

Follow rates, availability and ratings by city and season, from one consistent history.

Why it is hard

Why travel data is harder than it looks.

Travel prices are easy to collect once and hard to keep comparable. These are the five problems we plan for, and how we handle each.

The problem

Prices depend on the dates and the guest.

A rate changes with the stay dates, the number of guests, the currency and even the visitor's country, so one scrape rarely matches what your guests see.

How we handle it

We fix the stay dates, guests, currency and market for every run and store them with each row, so rates stay comparable across sources and over time.

The problem

Every night has its own price.

A property has a different rate for every night of the year, and a single search shows only a few dates.

How we handle it

We schedule the scrape by property and date window, for example the next 90 nights, and re-check the dates that matter most more often.

The problem

The same property is listed everywhere.

Hotels and rentals appear on many sites under different names, addresses and room names.

How we handle it

We match properties by name, address, coordinates and phone, then merge them into one record that keeps every source and rate.

The problem

Rates and availability change all day.

Prices move with demand, and rooms sell out and come back, so a daily snapshot misses the story.

How we handle it

Scheduled re-checks from hourly to monthly store every change with a timestamp, so you get rate history and availability history, not just the latest value.

The problem

Sites block and change.

Travel sites use heavy bot protection and test new page designs all the time, and scrapers quietly return half the rows.

How we handle it

Every pipeline is monitored with row-count and field checks. When a site changes or blocks us, we fix it. Maintenance is part of the service.

How it works

From your list of destinations to a live data feed.

Tell us what you need

Share the destinations or properties, the sites, the stay dates and the fields. A short call or a message is enough.

See a free sample

Within 24 hours of the call, depending on the sources, you get a sample from your own sources. You see the fields, the quality and the refresh rate before you commit.

Pick the schedule

Hourly, every 6 hours, daily, weekly or monthly. We scope the price once you have seen the sample.

Receive and rely on it

Data arrives as CSV, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, in your database, through an API or in cloud storage. We monitor it and fix what breaks.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What teams ask before they start.

What travel data can you collect?

Hotel and vacation rental rates, availability, ratings, amenities, policies and photos. On request we also collect flight fares and schedules, tour and activity prices and car rental rates. Tell us the fields you need and the free sample shows what is possible.

Can you track rate and availability changes?

Yes. We re-check your sources on a schedule from hourly to monthly and store every change. You get rate history, sell-out dates and availability history, not just a snapshot.

How do you match the same property across sites?

We match properties by name, address, coordinates and phone where sites publish them. Each site's rate and link stay on one property record, and anything we cannot match with confidence is marked, not guessed.

Which sites and destinations can you cover?

Large booking sites, hotel chain websites, vacation rental platforms and small independent properties, in any country and language. If a source is not practical, for example because of heavy blocking, we tell you upfront, before you commit to anything.

Is scraping travel websites legal?

We collect publicly available data only, such as the rates, availability and details any visitor can see. Rules differ by country and by site, a site's terms may restrict automated access, and reviews can include personal details such as guest names. We flag risky sources and fields before we build. We are not lawyers, so for sensitive uses we recommend checking with your own counsel.

How do I receive the data?

CSV, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, your own database, an API or cloud storage, on a schedule you choose, ready to feed your pricing tool or dashboard.

How much does it cost, and how fast can we start?

Pricing depends on sources, volume and frequency. We scope it after a free discovery call and sample. Most samples are ready within 24 hours of the call, depending on the sources.
