Who uses it

How teams put lead data to work.

Sales and outreach teams

Build targeted prospect lists by category, city, rating or size, with the contact details your CRM expects, and refresh them before each campaign.

Typical refresh: monthly

Agencies and freelancers

Find the businesses that need your service, such as local companies with no website or few reviews, and build a separate list for each client.

Typical refresh: weekly to monthly

Directories and B2B platforms

Fill and update your own directory or database with business records that are matched, de-duplicated and enriched from several sources.

Typical refresh: weekly

Analysts and investors

Map a market: count and segment businesses by region and category, track openings and closures, and find consolidation targets.

Typical refresh: quarterly
Why it is hard

Why lead data is harder than it looks.

A scraped list can look complete and still waste your outreach. These are the five problems we plan for, and how we handle each.

The problem

Search results are capped.

Directories and maps show only the first few pages of results for each search, so a single query sees only a slice of a market.

How we handle it

We split the search by city, postcode and category so coverage is complete, and each run reports how many businesses it found.

The problem

The same business is listed everywhere.

Directories spell names and addresses differently, so one business shows up several times.

How we handle it

We normalize names, addresses and phone numbers, then match records and merge them into one that keeps every source.

The problem

Lists go stale quickly.

Businesses close, move and change numbers, and a list is out of date within months.

How we handle it

Scheduled re-checks flag closed and changed businesses, and every record carries first-seen, last-seen and last-checked dates.

The problem

Contact details are scattered.

A directory page often has a phone number but no email, which sits on the business's own website.

How we handle it

We follow the link to the business's own site and collect the public contact details published there, and keep the source of each field.

The problem

Sites block and change.

Directories use bot protection and redesign their pages, and scrapers quietly return half the rows.

How we handle it

Every pipeline is monitored with row-count and field checks. When a site changes or blocks us, we fix it. Maintenance is part of the service.

How it works

From your list of directories to a clean lead list.

Tell us who you target

Share the categories, regions and fields, plus any filters such as rating or size. A short call or a message is enough.

See a free sample

Within 24 hours of the call, depending on the sources, you get a sample from your own sources. You see the fields, the quality and the refresh rate before you commit.

Pick the schedule

One-time, weekly, monthly, or as often as you need. We scope the price once you have seen the sample.

Receive and rely on it

Data arrives as CSV ready for your CRM, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, in your database, through an API or in cloud storage. We monitor it and fix what breaks.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What teams ask before they start.

What lead data can you collect?

Business names, categories, addresses, phone numbers, websites, public email addresses, social links, ratings and review counts, from directories, maps and company websites. Where they are published, we can also collect opening hours, services and decision-maker names. Tell us the fields you need and the free sample shows what is possible.

Can you find email addresses?

Where a business publishes one, yes. We collect addresses from the business's own website, usually its contact page, and keep the source of each one. Some businesses publish no email at all, and the sample shows you how often that happens in your target market.

How do you avoid duplicates and outdated records?

We normalize names, addresses and phone numbers, then match records and merge them into one that keeps every source. Scheduled re-checks flag businesses that closed or changed, and each record carries first-seen, last-seen and last-checked dates.

Which directories, regions and industries can you cover?

We build for the sources and markets you choose: business directories, maps, industry listings, member lists and company websites, in any language. If a source is not practical, for example because of heavy blocking, we tell you upfront, before you commit to anything.

Is scraping business contact data legal?

We collect publicly available data only. Rules differ by country and by site, and personal details such as a named person's email or phone number need extra care under laws like GDPR. How you contact people is regulated separately by anti-spam and marketing rules. We flag risky sources and fields before we build. We are not lawyers, so for sensitive uses we recommend checking with your own counsel.

How do I receive the data?

CSV ready to import into your CRM, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, your own database, an API or cloud storage, on a schedule you choose.

How much does it cost, and how fast can we start?

Pricing depends on sources, volume and frequency. We scope it after a free discovery call and sample. Most samples are ready within 24 hours of the call, depending on the sources.
