Why it is hard

Why e-commerce data is harder than it looks.

Store data is easy to collect once and hard to keep accurate. These are the five problems we plan for, and how we handle each.

The problem

Prices depend on who is looking.

A store can show different prices and stock by country, region or delivery address, so one scrape may not match what your customers see.

How we handle it

We collect from the market and currency you choose and store them with every row, so prices stay comparable across stores and over time.

The problem

The same product has many names.

Stores write their own titles and use their own identifiers, so one item shows up as several different products.

How we handle it

We match products by GTIN, UPC, EAN or MPN where they are published, and by brand, title and attributes where they are not, then merge them into one record.

The problem

One page hides many variants.

A single product page can cover dozens of sizes and colors, each with its own price and stock.

How we handle it

We extract each variant as its own record with its own price and availability, linked to the parent product.

The problem

Prices and stock change all day.

A daily snapshot misses flash sales and short stock-outs.

How we handle it

Scheduled re-checks from hourly to monthly store every change with a timestamp, so you get price history and stock history, not just the latest value.

The problem

Stores block and change.

Large stores use bot protection and test new page designs, and scrapers quietly return half the rows.

How we handle it

Every pipeline is monitored with row-count and field checks. When a site changes or blocks us, we fix it. Maintenance is part of the service.

How it works

From your list of stores to a live data feed.

Tell us what you need

Share the stores, categories or product lists, the markets and the fields. A short call or a message is enough.

See a free sample

Within 24 hours of the call, depending on the sources, you get a sample from your own stores. You see the fields, the quality and the refresh rate before you commit.

Pick the schedule

Hourly, every 6 hours, daily, weekly or monthly. We scope the price once you have seen the sample.

Receive and rely on it

Data arrives as CSV, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, in your database, through an API or in cloud storage. We monitor it and fix what breaks.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What teams ask before they start.

What e-commerce data can you collect?

Product names, brands and identifiers, prices and discounts, stock status, ratings and reviews, seller and shipping details, images and variants. On request we also collect category and search rankings, sponsored placements, bundles and promotions. Tell us the fields you need and the free sample shows what is possible.

Can you track competitor prices and stock changes?

Yes. We re-check your stores and your competitors' on a schedule from hourly to monthly and store every change. You get price history, stock history and the moment a competitor moves a price, not just a snapshot.

How do you match the same product across stores?

We match products by identifiers such as GTIN, UPC, EAN and MPN where stores publish them, and by brand, title and attributes where they do not. Each store's price and link stay on one product record, and anything we cannot match with confidence is marked, not guessed.

Which stores and marketplaces can you cover?

Large marketplaces, brand stores and small independent shops, in any country and language. If a source is not practical, for example because of heavy blocking, we tell you upfront, before you commit to anything.

Is scraping e-commerce websites legal?

We collect publicly available data only, such as the prices, stock and product details any visitor can see. Rules differ by country and by site, a site's terms may restrict automated access, and reviews can include personal details such as usernames. We flag risky sources and fields before we build. We are not lawyers, so for sensitive uses we recommend checking with your own counsel.

How do I receive the data?

CSV, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, your own database, an API or cloud storage, on a schedule you choose, ready to feed your pricing tool or dashboard.

How much does it cost, and how fast can we start?

Pricing depends on sources, volume and frequency. We scope it after a free discovery call and sample. Most samples are ready within 24 hours of the call, depending on the sources.
